Reiki Energy Massage

Ashati Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy healing technique designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. The word Reiki comes from Rei (universal wisdom) and Ki (life force energy).

By acting as a channel for this subtle energy, a practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above key points of the body. This process clears energetic blockages, supports emotional processing, and unleashes your body's natural capacity to self-heal.

Key Benefits

  • Calms the Nervous System: Eases anxiety, overwhelm, and mental fatigue by shifting your body out of stress mode and into deep rest.

  • Restores Energetic Flow: Unblocks stagnant energy to harmonize your chakras and subtle body.

  • Supports Emotional & Physical Healing: Eases physical tension, relieves pain, and helps gently release stored emotional stress.

  • Enhances Clarity & Rest: Quiets an overactive mind, leading to deeper sleep, emotional resilience, and grounded clarity.

Safe & Universal: Reiki is completely safe, gentle, and complementary to all medical treatments, bodywork, and life stages—including pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Reiki Massage is an integrative healing ritual that combines the physical tension relief of bodywork with the subtle, restorative power of Japanese energy healing. While therapeutic massage targets muscle tissue, fascial tightness, and physical soreness, Reiki works directly on your energetic system and nervous system. Together, they create a deeply holistic experience that releases stress from both the physical body and the mind.

Key Benefits

  • Complete Mind-Body Release: Simultaneously unknots physical muscle tightness while clearing emotional overwhelm and energetic blockages.

  • Deeper Nervous System Reset: The grounding flow of massage combined with Reiki's subtle warmth shifts your body into a profound state of deep rest, allowing muscles to yield and release much faster.

  • Targeted Tension & Energy Clearing: Focuses on areas where stress is physically held (such as the shoulders, lower back, and hips) while balancing your subtle energy centers.

  • Long-Lasting Renewal: Leaves you feeling physically lighter, emotionally grounded, and spiritually refreshed.

Ashati is an advanced, high-vibrational energy healing system that works directly with your higher consciousness, emotional body, and mental framework to facilitate deep, transformative personal growth. While traditional energy modalities like Reiki focus primarily on balancing life force energy and soothing the physical and energetic bodies, Ashati operates on higher dimensional levels to help uncover, clear, and heal the root causes of emotional blockages, limiting beliefs, and subconscious patterns.

Key Benefits

  • Deep Emotional & Subconscious Release: Clears long-standing emotional wounds, suppressed feelings, and repetitive behavioral patterns held deep within the energetic field.

  • Accelerated Personal Transformation: Dissolves limiting beliefs and mental fog, helping you step into greater self-awareness, alignment, and personal empowerment.

  • Higher Vibrational Alignment: Works beyond the physical and etheric layers to connect you with your higher self and restore balance across your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

  • Grounded Mental Clarity: Eases stress, anxiety, and internal conflict by quietening overactive thought patterns and promoting a profound sense of inner peace.

Safe & Complementary: Ashati is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works in harmony with traditional healthcare, psychotherapy, bodywork, and other energetic modalities.

Kundalini Yoga is often called Yoga of Awareness.Unlike traditional movement-based yoga, Kundalini combines rhythmic physical exercises (Kriyas), Pranayama breathwork, sound vibration (Mantra) and deep meditation to work directly on your glandular and nervous systems.
